~ About Ishvara Kavindra ~

Being a Young Writer, Ishvara as a child was always tapping into a lofty place within her self and would write about what she saw and received. Ishvara realizes now she was going into a Meditative Theta State of Mind to access Higher Understandings of Reality. Her younger sister and her would sit down to decipher what she wrote and bask in the profundity of what was being birthed.

Ishvara began Meditating and studying various Healing Arts starting in her early twenties that included Polarity Therapy, Flower Essences, Massage, Absuchanka, Chinese herbs as well as American herbs and nutrition, Western and Vedic Astrology. Therein, she began her Healing Ministry.

In later years, Ishvara expanded on this and studied with the Founder of Theta Healing, Vianna Stibal as well as her son, Joshua Leal in Idaho. She took the Basic DNA and Advanced DNA courses, graduated, and was certified as a DNA Theta Healer.

After Ishvara Graduated she interned studying closely for 6 months with Terry O'Connell to ground and advance what she had learned. Terry O'Connell is also a Theta Healing Teacher who has assisted in creating new Theta Healing classes and puts out a newsletter with Vianna.

Ishvara began offering Theta Healing Sessions for she found that the Rapid Transformation experienced in herself and others she worked with surpassed any other Healing modality she had ever encountered. Ishvara is also continuing her studies in Theta Healing Wisdom to better assist those who come to her.

Ishvara has been on a Spiritual Path for 36 years and has been an ardent seeker of Truth, meditating daily and striving also to live a mindful and joyous life. She thinks of herself as a Universalist, honoring all philosophies, and each and every path that leads to a Greater Realization of the Divine within.

Ishvara lives in Ashland, Oregon in the Beautiful Rogue Valley in Jackson County in Southern Oregon. Ashland is on the border of Northern California still in the Spiritual Vortex of Mount Shasta which is an hour away. There, she maintains an active Theta Healing Practice internationally. She is also a published Poet.
